So it could say you're at 20% body fat, but really you're 23....
However if you lose weight and go from 20 to 17. That is accurate. You losing 3%. If that makes sense
It's nice because you don't have to have your cellphone on you or close by when recording the data and when you log into the app it downloads all the information it missed. The downside is that I believe your health data is being stored on a server somewhere for that to happen.
I will say that this has been a great scale and I've found it super helpful in tracing my bio data. As Manylander1 and HappyRock3843 mentioned above, you need to be okay with the possibility that the non-weight related readings could be slightly off, but the changes and trends are legitimate.
