I've used a few (including top brands) scales with body scan. More gimmick than real data. Overall trends will be fine but actual fat content is way off.

I'll try. From what I've read. It's accurate in tracking changes. But can be slightly off on your actual percentage.

So it could say you're at 20% body fat, but really you're 23....

However if you lose weight and go from 20 to 17. That is accurate. You losing 3%. If that makes sense
