I have a similar ozark trail one. I wouldn't even consider it if you're thinking about putting a person or dog in it.

If you just need to haul some things down the street to a bbq etc, sure. It's not going to deal with turning well, and the wheels won't last many miles.

If you want a cheap bike trailer, just get one on marketplace. These carts are very handy for all types of things, we used ours extensively during our recent move and it was a life safer for hauling heavy boxes to our moving truck.

Can add a soft bottom and drop kid into wagon? Would use this to cart up to pool if it's rugged enough for that
