Minimum required PSU for a 9070xt is 800w. Insane that it has a 750w with a 9800x3d and a 9070xtwas corrected that 750w is the minimum for 9070xt

Bargain bin system, but if it's all that's available in your area gi for it. Luckily I have 2 Microcenter's fairly close to me and their PowerSpec in house brand is way better.

For RAM, since it's only 5200 MT/s, I would try incremental overclocking as much as possible (as long as it's still stable).

Its nothing overly hard, but if you're not technical or used to PC builds it might be a little intimidating. I would suggest watching a Youtube video on swapping PSUs and that will give you an idea of the process.
