Hopefully, the third time is the charm. I've owned two of these, with the second one being a warranty replacement. The first Baristina stopped working after about 6 months with all three lights lit up (no corresponding error code in the manual). The replacement worked for about 5 months and then began leaking at the portafilter. Philips warranty service took about 4 to 5 weeks until I received the replacement for the first machine. I received a prompt refund after the second machine failed. For this price (including the frother), I'm going to chance it. We liked the machine (decent espresso and lungo) and also liked how easy it is to clean (much easier than automatic espresso machines with a brew group).
The reliability seems considerably less than a super automatic. Doh!
What a shame; it seems like this could have been a mega hit if they spent a bit more on reliability.
