Run a fan behind it to circulate.
Use it for vehicles too.
This unit is too small to do any damage to anything. It's not a commercial version like they use in hotels, apartments.
It will not cure cat urine stench. You'll need to remove carpet and cut out all affected wood below.

Whatever mistake they made putting at at $20 seems to have been remedied. No way you can sell that thing for twenty bucks. I paid almost $100 for mine.
