Bought a tv from vipoutlet a few months ago, and it came in with major cracks in the screen. Turns out they just resold a return without inspecting it. A real pain to return, like Woot with large ticket items.

Not really. It only supports low profile cards and the power supply is only 180w.

I've bought from VIPoutlet before with no issues. Got a couple of HP desktops and they were like new. Also just bought a Kuerig from them last night. So far I have had a good experience.

In theory, 192GB. Currently, 128GB.

The CPU can handle up to 192GB, but it only has two RAM slots.

I believe this can accommodate a two slot low profile card. Obviously it would have to be 75W or less like an RTX 3050 6GB. Can anyone confirm that about the motherboard layout if it will accommodate a two slot card?

As long as the cpu is not soldered in, I do not see why it would be an issue. Unless the bios doesn't support older cpus. HP site says the options are 13100 through 14700 for this series

You are right, the issue here is the PSU is only 180w, not enough for i7-12700k
