I would take 5060 Ti 16GB over this. Mostly because of DLSS 4 being better and more widely supported. But that is if they are at the same price. Which begs the question, where would you get a 5060 Ti 16GB for $330?

Community Reviews

The GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB stands out as a strong price to performance card, especially for older systems and PCIe 4.0 or earlier builds. It is described as roughly on par with a 6800 non XT, with newer features, and real world results include smooth 1440p play and 90 plus FPS in Horizon Forbidden West. The main caveat is open box availability, which appears limited by store and distance, and there is some concern about receiving the wrong memory size. For shoppers who can find the right unit locally, the discount is notable because these 16GB cards rarely drop near this price.

I'd go green. So many comparability issues
Yep. Most AAA games use Nvidia GameWorks effects or are Nvidia sponsored. They'll run like crap on AMD GPUs until AMD can update the driver to bypass the performance crippling and sometimes they can't because the Nvidia effect is built into the core part of the game logic (like Project Cars 1&2).

Can someone explain why this is a good deal? Isn't brand new $389.99 at microcenter?

Because the 9060 XT 16GB versions are so rarely discounted, getting 15% off, even due to open-box, is noteworthy.
