I bought 4, got 1 bad one. They appeared brand new. The place sent a new one right out no questions. I had no problems with the Sonos app, maybe if used the old app you'd notice a difference but the new one seems fine.

Dealt with Sonos tech support on the one that didnt work and they said it was theirs and would honor the warranty if i didnt get a replacement.... All of them look new, play well. I'm happy. Have to remember the SL are discontinued, replaced with the era100, at sonos for a refurb at $179. I ordered 2 of those at $134 last week.

Hawaii folks be aware they ship USPS ground, so don't be surprised to wait a month.

Seems like a decent deal. if you search for this deal/product manually on their site the price is $135 for some reason
