Xbox dying
Even before the ridiculous price increases with low demand, lowering demand further, there are far fewer Xbox Series X that are disc-capable vs PS5 that are disc-capable (which either have a disc drive or can add one).. easily more than 3x the # of disc-capable PS5 to Xbox Series consoles and the gap growing.
Rough math from Google AI (😬) sales estimates: Xbox Series S/X have less than half of PS5 sales in US (30% vs 70%), with half or less of those being Series X (which does have a disc-less version now), and PS5 have original disc and digital (cannot add drive), slim disc and digital (can add drive), and Pro (can add drive)...it could be approx 15% disc-capable Xbox Series X vs over 50% disc-capable PS5...estimate percent on total US sales of Xbox Series and PS5

I've never heard a disc-cable complaint about Xbox's. Even before Xbox console price increases, the disc versions were always very available. I got mine with no issue. And even if you own a disc-less Xbox, there's also a TON of amazing discounted prices for purchasing digital games.
Anyway, right now is an awesome time to own an Xbox when it comes to buying games because prices are soooo much cheaper for the exact same games on PS5. Look I own both, and I don't buy games for my PS5, cause it's so much cheaper to buy games for my Xbox. It's really amazing!
The only negative is that GamePass went up in price--but for me, games are so cheap, it's been fine not to have GamePass.

I didn't mean the Xbox Series X was hard to get, I mean there is less demand for Xbox disc games since there are significantly less Xboxes that can play discs in people's houses.
