Versus shipped unready to assemble? Would those require me to cut the pieces to size and paint? Shipped assembled, that's a selling point.

Received mine today with broken parts and part of the box deteriorating with mold inside. Their returns try to charge you a restocking fee plus $50 for return shipping

I put everything together yesterday. Took about an hour, there was a mistake in the diagram in the manual but it's not a big deal. Everything was there, they even bundled a bag of spare parts. The hardware can look a little bit daunting because there are many different bags, But they're foolproof (only goes in one way to prevent mistakes) except the piece labeled #4, If it won't secure just flip it upside down. All in all the assembly was painless.
I was worried about the color of the wood but it's actually very nice and modern.. it doesn't look cheap even though it is made from manufactured wood.
It's a steal for the price fr.

I guess I just got a bad one from the batch, just wish their customer service would respond
