These filters are tested against NSF standards by a 3rd party, IAPMO, not the NSF. They're also not listed on the NSF website.
According to the 3rd party, this filter is certified for:
NSF 42 "Aesthetic effects" (removes chlorine and odors, improves taste) https://mirobase.iapmo.org/pld/fi...no=0011590
NSF 372 (Effectively, just a certification that this filter does not contain lead) https://myplc.iapmo.org/certificate#/19684
NSF 53 "water treatment for health effects" which this particular filter element (EWF-8016s per the amazon page for the replacement filters) passes the test to reduce "Cysts" in water. Notably, NSF 53 is also the standard used to certify that filters remove lead from water, which is a claim that is made on the Amazon page, but NOT a claim that's made by the test results. Either they didn't have lead reduction tested, or it won't actually do it. https://mirobase.iapmo.org/pld/fi...no=0011591
All other claims are "trust me bro", per usual with water filter manufacturers.

Any idea if this reduces PFAs? The site claims the 15u version does but the only difference I can tell is it just has a larger filter

Edit: Nevermind. Found a version that does. Looks like youll want the 10UA filter

This filter product ships with non-standard pipe & fittings for US customers, complete waste of time and additional $ seems lot like cutting corners. Pick a US manufacturer.

I can't find if this filters DBPs. They are a category of emerging contaminants that form when chlorine-based disinfectants react with naturally-occurring organic matter. EPA regulates two categories of DBPs: Total Trihalomethanes (TTHMs) and Haloacetic Acids (HAA5).

Not sure where you read that, but the page clearly says:
"The system includes a 3/8" hose with a direct connection that adapts to standard 3/8'' feed water valves under US sinks. The 3/8"–1/2" convertor fitting helps you connect the system to both 1/2" and 3/8" cold water lines and faucets."

The 3/8" and 1/2" fittings and adapter are clearly standard US sized pipe fittings.
However if you are branching off a T or a fitting with compression fittings, you would need a conversion fitting for that.

It's HIGHLY advisable to install this with the outlet line going to a dedicated smaller secondary faucet outlet and not make the connection to your regular faucet, as it would be a waste (and clog the filter 100x faster) by filtering ALL the water you use, such as for washing dishes and general washing/rinsing.

You couldn't be more wrong. Unless your plumbing is from 60+ years ago, this screws right on the valve and the other end push fits right into the filter and comes out of the other side on a push fit that's all provided and then screws right to your kitchen faucet. It couldn't be any easier. I did their three filter system in my apartment in under five minutes. Unless you know what you're talking about don't offer any plumbing advice again. You're two cents isn't even worth two cents.
