Ehh.... refurb? You can get a brand new 5060 for $259 with a warranty that will meet or beat this thing and use less power. And all the latest DLSS4 + framegen tech will spank a 3070
edit - looked on ebay and this is about the going price for a used 3070 but at least this one comes with a 90 day warranty. I would still recommend spending another 50 and going new & current gen.

Both cost a bit more but are current cards with better warranties and feature sets. Also much lower power consumption.
