Another time I had ordered a spare HDMI cable for cheap. It was an Amazon basics cable from woot. I figure it would come in handy when I needed one but when I eventually had to use it, it didn't work. It was only a couple bucks so I didn't bother refunding it or even check to see if I could still. Most of the time my orders have been fine but I've been put off ordering from them because of stuff like this.
