Yes however there is minimal difference between the ps4/ps5 version (don't know about the ps5 pro)

For those interested in this offer, get the PS4 version, as it offers the same experience as the PS5 one. Plus, this is the lowest price this game has ever been available in the eStore.

10$ for this game is a no-brainer.

It's coming up as $12.99 for me. Still a great deal, but anyone know why the difference?

The 120fps mode is not "minimal difference" if you have a 120hz TV. While it doesn't always stay at 120, it was no less than 90fps through most of my play-through (on a base PS5). That, with VRR, was a much better experience.
