U guys should watch a video of comparisons. They made it worse by removing lots of stuff. It's great for sensitive folks.

This game is tough, even on easy. It is an enjoyable game though and the original was too tough for me, so the ability to set this on easy has let me played much more of it.

I loved the idea of this game when it came out as there weren't a lot of better options, but the control scheme and the gameplay style just don't hold up anymore. racing against the clock to complete things in games is always some unnecessary stressor. This one triples down by making you feel unable to breathe if you want to do everything in one run.
