I would be wary, the first image (showing the two batteries at once) are fake batteries. The newer 5AH pictured here do not have the yellow band on the bottom (see second image, of the single battery).

Incorrect information. The 5ah dewalt battery uses 18650, not 21700 cells. It's an older stock photo, not fake. Companies often use the wrong stock photo, home depot and Lowes do it all the time. JB Tools doesn't sell fakes. Bought from them a bunch of time over the last six years, everything was genuine.
