Except no hack squat and calf block... kind of a big deal. However both seem like you get what you pay for options.

Edit: Actually interestingly the Walmart images don't show a hack squat and calf block despite the reviews showing them. So I wouldn't trust that it has them. Again neither of these seem great.

If that's an issue for you, you aren't using this machine properly. A leg press machine doesn't even require tall back support as long as your butt doesn't slide back. Purely for comfort.

Yeah i don't think this one has the mentioned attachments. The hack squat had some sort of sliding modification where you can change the push platform and this doesn't seem to have it. I have the BalanceFrom Plate Loaded Adjustable Leg Press Machine from the link i shared and its actually really nice built and super sturdy. Bought it 10months ago when it came on SD for around 500.

Edit: Seems like the seller used a listing from the different machine and replaced images with the cheap version. What China guys used to do on amazon, build up a listing review score and replace title and images to push out some junk.

The backrest acts as a counter pressure, it stops your butt from sliding back.
