This is grey market legit. The installer is not from Microsoft and none of this software will work with O365 if you already have some type of subscription to any of the services. If you want Visio then get it from Woot for $50. they send you a key which you add to your Microsoft Account so you have the license forever and install the software from the MS Store.

I don't know about this installer but you can download legit Microsoft iso files from a legit Microsoft source fyi

Software and key only work with the version from the downloader; however, you have to hope and trust it doesn't come with any "extra" payload.
