rebate info here, you'll have to check their T&C but I can tell you, this deal is def. cheaper than costco, given the $15 Target Gift Card. You're paying about $27 net before sales tax, 45% off prices, then getting a $15 gift card from P&G for buying another $9 in P&G items ANYWHERE, doesn't have to be at Target.
