Vevor sells almost everything just take a look at their site. I have several home and garden tools and they have been solid. I have only bought thru amazon though. I would rate them above average. No issues so far after couple of years.

Vevor as a brand is generally considered solid. Harbor Freight quality at worst

Vevor is literally the same Chinese tools sold at HF. They just sell direct online versus HF store based model. Vevor however has a more questionable return policy compared to HF. Amazon purchases are safer, but also priced higher than their website.
