Keyboard software is hot garbage. Plus the PCB contacts are oddly loose for some switches and not for others. Quality control wasn't very good on these units.

I'm no keyboard expert but I have this and I like it. Only issue for me is the placement of the port is a little high. And I need to get use to the shortness since I been using regular size keyboard length.

Yeah this one has issues with the screen being buggy. It's one of their older products so you should stay away and wait for a sale on a newer model with less issues.

Reviews are bad for a reason. Mine died after a year. Customer service is non-existence. Quality control is trash. Avoid at all cost, you are warned.

The lighting is south-facing, which means that, if you want to replace with shine-through keycaps, the vast majority of them are going to be so dim as to be useless.

I honestly don't get why manufacturers use south-facing LEDs with normal keycaps.

I bought one for $50 in November. It took me some time to find the driver because the driver from the website couldn't detect the device on my computer. But once it worked, the experience has been really good. I don't know why the reviews are so bad. In my opinion, it's a decent mechanical keyboard. The feel, the sound, and the small features are all good. The screen is quite fun, and the FN layer macro function in the driver is also very useful. Anyway, Amazon allows returns, so you can buy one and give it a try.

The drivers on their US website seem to have some issues, with confusing version numbers—higher version numbers aren't necessarily the latest. I finally got the latest and functional driver from the Taobao customer service.

Had one its a great keyboard if everything works but the one I had immediately started showing software issues, it would constantly switch between mac and pc mode which would cause interruptions input as well as switching how alt and windows keys worked. I tried every solution known to man and non worked. Was the best keyboard I had in terms of feel but the issues weren't worth it

Less and fewer are functionally synonyms in this context? Did you mean to say zero because yes they have much better models but typically those are their rebranded stuff. Their P series is pretty good though.
