Looks like this probably has 4gb on board and an 8gb dimm. If that is the case Acer says it can be upgraded to 20gb or ram with a 16gb sodimm. The processor specs say a 64gb max so a 32gb sodimm should theoretically work. Acer specs do mention a variant with 8gb onboard so this could be the other way round but I wouldn't count on it.
