This Energizer MAX AAA battery deal lands in the low seven dollar range with Subscribe and Save when the coupon is available, and shipping is free. The comments show totals around $6.49 before tax and about $6.88 to $7.79 after tax, with Florida orders sometimes showing no sales tax on AAA batteries. The main catch is that the coupon and higher discount do not appear for every account, with some seeing only a smaller Subscribe and Save discount or no coupon at all. It is a solid low cost stock up if the offer shows on your account.
people in Florida buying AA/AAA batteries for a household backup supply because commenters reported no tax on select battery types (AA/AAA exempt) and totals like $6.88 after coupon + Subscribe & Save with free shipping.
shoppers who can confirm the coupon/discount is actually available to them because commenters noted the deal is good if the higher discount shows up for your account (and some saw only 15% instead of 35%).
buyers who are okay managing Subscribe & Save because commenters said it's pretty easy to cancel after the order ships and they prefer the 6-month delivery option so they have time to remember to cancel.
people who can't see the coupon at checkout because at least one commenter said they didn't see the coupon (possibly already used), which would prevent getting the advertised total.
buyers expecting the 35% Subscribe & Save discount because one commenter reported only getting 15% off for their account and was disappointed the larger discount wasn't available.
shoppers who are worried about whether the batteries are fresh or high-quality because a commenter specifically asked if there's a catch like batteries being old or not manufactured in a top facility.

Edit: Just found out that Florida no longer charges tax for AA, AAA, C, D, 6 volt, or 9 volt batteries

"The specific battery sizes that are always exempt from Florida sales tax are:
AA-cell
AAA-cell
C-cell
D-cell
6-volt
9-volt"
Maybe that helps. Never even heard of this new law lol. Happy New Year!
