Not necessarily true!! I bought a Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo for $3200 from a Korean reseller and had to pay a $1854 duty fee to have it released from customs. I refused delivery and sent it back and seller is refusing to refund me the full amount. Withheld 25% (or like $800 in my case)!!! Not worth it. Buy thru Amazon if you can. That's how I ultimately ended up getting mine.

What are the limitations or considerations for this drone given the December 22 new US regulations?

So even though the listing says "Ships from Amazon" the drone is currently not in the US anywhere yet, correct?
