I get this on the confirmation page when attempting to hit the plus sign to increase from 3 to 4:
"
We're sorry. This item has limited purchase quantity. We have changed your purchase quantity to the maximum allowable."

Thanks. Was able to update the quantity to 4 on final checkout/confirmation page. $31.11 for me before tax. $7.78 each... plus another 5% back with Amazon Prime Card.

Click on subscribe on product page once you select 3 items. It will take you to the subscribe checkout page which allows you to change to 4. If you go through regular checkout it won't work

Add four doesn't work, but you can mix and match with other eligible P&G products. The resulting discount is decent but not as good as OP.
