Sucralose and acesulfane. I like the ones that have lots of sugar and fat. Fiber is also a nice to have although this stuff has a little phospholipid and soluble corn fiber.

Protein powder is starting to cost as much as real food at 30g per dollar. Chicken breast has like 70g per dollar at 2$ a lb. Ham was just 100g a dollar ; and that lasted in my fridge since last Easter. Beans at the dollar tree are $1 for around 70g. Lintenils cook very fast.

Love the shakes cause it's easy to eat but the prices are crazy. The ammino acid replacement to make it superior to incomplete proteins is usually 20% max. Tho pork rinds an mushrooms might benefit more.

Which makes me think; if you eat vegan meats (mushrooms) you should be supplementing with powders or aminos.
