My first one was clipped on a backpack strap like in the picture, then was rain on during a short hike (maybe 10mins of light shower)
The dial to change brightness or color stopped working, i opened it up and there was definitely water on some of the electronic components.
Emailed CS and they did send me a replacement however the process is kinda jank.
I essentially have to order a new one through amazon and they refund through paypal... essentially giving them a free boost in the Amazon sale's number.
After cleaning the components on the broken one with some isopropyl, it kinda works again (dial now works 50% of the time)

But for some insane reason, the price came up for $7.45 for me (in black or green; the white color doesn't appear to be on sale). The coupon code didn't lower it any futher. I don't need another Wuben G5, but for $8.65 out the door, I wasn't going to pass up on getting another as a backup/gift for someone. I don't know if that's a targeted offer or some sort of January promotion. I was only able to order one at that ridiculous price.

Apparently this happened to a bunch of people (per reddit) . Anyone have recent success with Aliexpress + PayPal + a credit card and not getting charged the cash advance fee?
