I have the Zelus 20-32 adjustable vest and it seems to be decent quality. I use it while walking on the treadmill and warming up (squats, lunges, etc) and it's well balanced and comfortable. I've never tried to run with it. Oh and the complaints about the smell are accurate, but it's not that bad and lessens with time.
