nope it's Amazon's new 2026 policy, if you use a lot of coupons you are excluded from a great deal of newer coupons, started in December 2025

now even if you havent purchased a product or brand the coupon or discount will not be available to you

pretty cool policy from a company that charges you a fee to shop

Thank you! I just ran out. I had the coupon and I redeem coupons several times a week, sometimes per day. Hopefully they don't cut me off.

I haven't been getting ANY coupons on recent deals, even on items I haven't ever bought or in many years. UGH. I didn't know they changed their policy.

My experience has been the opposite.
I know for a fact that I haven't used coupons to buy products so now I'm not even being offered them anymore.
So much for incentivizing people to buy!

Where did you read that?I've ordered this item 22 times in the past with a coupon/promo (won't order it otherwise). Last time was in October, so it would make sense that it wouldn't show up for me.
