All of the negative feedback says shipping delays and bad communication but most do seem to receive their packages eventually in decent condition.

This costs a fair bit less than DIY for the same specs. It is refurbished instead of new, and this is one of the Intel CPUs that could potentially have instability issues. Definitely make sure to update to the latest BIOS and do a CPU stress test while in the return period.
