Paper planners work better for me than digital ones. There are still people who aren't boomers who work better with paper.

What's special about this? It's just a planner in a faux leather case. Sorry, I am just ignorant probably. Why would anyone pay $60 for this?

thanks; there are a few other planners for $7.10

Went through the 60% off filter and Made-Up Stupid Retail Price (MSRP) on some items are ridiculous. The takeaway containers were an alright price but OOS.

The main take away is that this includes 2 pages for weekly + 2 pages for monthly summaries. So you're looking at a a rather thick booklet with a faux leather protective cover + with thicker pages since this seems to state it prevents ink-bleeds, so higher quality paper overall.

Why are these on sale so soon? Does Staples know something we don't?

I mentioned in the original post it may be a pricing error.

Something about putting it down on paper works for me. Too bad it's showing as $45.47. That's not going to work. Likely a pricing error as previously mentioned.

Indeed, it's a shame. I would have bought one at that sale price.

I remember living out of these planners during school. They had a semi-stiff plastic cover (usually green), and had actually pretty decent paper quality. I remember switching to Moleskine planners once when I needed a pocket-sized version, but they didn't lay as flat as the spiral-bound At-A-Glance.

People keep saying these are for boomers or hipsters. How good is online-only when the service/your account gets shut down? You lose YEARS of your data. How good is online-only when you have no internet? Or your device loses power/gets stolen? And do you want to share your personal details with Google & advertisers? Or when your phone is imaged at a police stop or border crossing?

A paper planner avoids ALL of that.
