You don't need a paid plus account. Walmart Cash is available to everyone. You just need to be signed in to your account.

Do paid memberships get special offers? Probably. But I don't have a membership and I've been redeeming these.

These are not even worth $3.24. The scent is barely there. And as soon as I activated the scent well, the volume seem to dissipate to less than one half. So, I don't think these are going to a lot more than a day or two.

Target had a deal and i think i got two of these for like .26 or .84 cents. @zeldmac is right they do kinda dissapeer fast when you activate them but the scent has been going for a few weeks now.
