I feel like the Dairy Queen small vanilla cone for $1 min is probably one of the best deals on the calendar apart from the BOGO deals (none of the chains that have that deal are where I am located). Every other deal is like a combo for a flat rate no more than 40% discounted on any item within it.

The only things that are exactly $5 in my area are all the 3 bite items, but those are in the bakery. Panera does a good job of making sure their entrees are either $4.99 or over $5 by some cents.
