The 5070 Tis are the best performing GPUs under $1000, but the 5070, 9070, and 9070 XT have much better price to performance ratios.

This has been OOS for shippig for a while. It is only available locally for store pickup and at very few store. I got the last one in my area as every other store is OOS and there was only 1 left at the store I got mine at.
