Depends on how much is tapioca syrup, soy, etc.. The more absorbing proteins are obviously preferred, with the least amount of rejection - especially if your diet is mostly ultraprocessed foods.

It has more added sugar than added protein. In my humble opinion, this is a chocolate candy bar and looks and tastes like one. But with some clever marketing.

I bought these the last time they were this cheap. They were decent but their texture reminded me of slightly stale Clif bars.
