Deal on 4 Tires: Prius 196 65 R15

Shop tells me that the 2-3yr old tires have developed bubbles on three tires.
Purchased at Sams Club before moving and no longer has membership.
These are GoodYear tires.
Tread is about 7.
Will Good year help - any warranty claim?
What tires are good for Prius - saw some tires reduced mpg?
So change all 4 instead of defective 3?
What deals are out there?
