Yep. Just don't send anything back in its original box if you want to keep that; they won't send it back.

OK someone enlighten us who have no idea.... why is this worth it? Even if its good quality and lifetime warranty, the value isn't slapping me in the face....

The reputation for durability may be appeal for certain use cases. But in a world full of high quality, far more affordable lighting options from companies like Sofirn and Wuben, it's getting really hard to justify $130 for a single flashlight.

Streamlight of late seems to be relying on their brand reputation and professional user base. They're in serious danger of making the same mistake a certain "professional grade" flashlight manufacturer of 20 years ago. They got their name selling baton-sized flashlights to law enforcement and private security companies. They were still touting over-priced xenon-bulb incadescent technology offering tens of lumens of output and disposable D-cell power supplies when the rest of the world was moving on to LED emitters and nickel-cadnium rechargable batteries.

Now that company is primarily known for their AA cell flashlight gift sets marketed as father's day presents in big box DIY stores. Who was that also-ran company again? I think the name began with an "M" ....

This has got to be a joke. It's a flashlight with no battery, low lumens and proprietary cables.
People complain about "apple tax" and fanboyism, it this requires a special type of mental hurdles to explain away the buy-in.

No - Lithium-Ion is a much more recent battery chemistry. When Maglight first started slipping in the marketplace 20 years ago, competitors were still using nickel cadnium battery technology.
