FWIW, one of the Amazon reviews confirmed the clamping voltage and posted a picture of the back of the unit showing 330 L-N clamping. The less critical L-G and N-G ratings were 400. Picture also showed the UL sticker.

i went ahead and ordered one, thanks OP.

The product store does show the clamp voltage. However, their product with two USB does not show the clamp voltage. Is any surge protector with usa unable to make a low clamp voltage?

Where do you see it has a clamp voltage info?
The Amazon title says it is UL listed. Also a q&a on monoprice.com says there is a UL sticker on it and a separate q&a with an answer from the monoprice staff says so as well and that the filing number is E115193.

The product title on the monoprice listing on their website specifies 330 clamping voltage. "Monoprice 12 Outlet Slim Surge Protector - 4230 Joules, Clamping Voltage 330V, 10ft Cord" Also If you scroll down to where it says full specs on the monoprice site you will see that it also shows the clamping voltage

The one with two build-in USB seems better but no clamp voltage info at https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=9202

Actually if you scroll down and the link that you posted to "full specs" It does show that the clamping voltage on that one is 330. However it's 800 less joules of protection and a 6-ft versus an 10-ft cord. So really it seems like all you get's a couple of USB ports for an extra 10 bucks but at the expense of a shorter cord and less joules but I have not compared to all the other specs to the listed deal

Do you know which is more important to prevent from lightning strike, the higher joules or lower clamp voltage?

Would there be any issues if I plug a mini fridge along with other small electric devices on the same power strip?

No surge protector is going to protect against a direct lightning strike.

In general, though, clamp voltage is more important than total Joules. If I understand correctly, clamp voltage dictates what is allowed to get through to the connected devices, while the Joule rating dictates how much it can absorb/deflect from reaching to the connected devices. You want something that will at least attempt to protect the devices; if a 500V clamping voltage surge protector is going to ignore all of the 330-499V electrical energy...it's not very effective.

Unlikely to be an issue. Even a full-size refrigerator settles down to about 200-400W once the initial 800-1000W surge of starting the motor is past.

Rats, the title made it sound like the power strip was 10ft long. I about broke my mouse and keyboard to get in and read the post so I could buy a 10 footer for 19 bux. But to my extreme dismay I saw that only the cord was 10ft. long.

No damage done, and thanks for the post anyway.
I'm fortunate that I was able to get some 4-6' long bench power strips that the office was throwing out. It's not as long, but you might be interested in the $35 3'-foot-long 16-outlet strip here -- I have one and it seems to be decent quality: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07KSMBSQQ
Or check ebay for "industrial power strip", then filter by condition: used. This turns up a few of the long channel aluminum ones you're probably interested in. Although it looks like you'll pay about $40-80 with shipping.

Not dissing the deal, but Amazon price history says this has been around $20 for over a month. Just wondering why the popularity for a few bucks off.

EDIT: According to CCC, historically this typically sells for $35ish with the occasional drop to $25ish. So, yeah, prior to Dec, it was quite a bit more expensive. The deal itself, the specs, are appealing, notwithstanding the straight plug and lack of USBs.

These used to be marketed as an Amazon Basics model. I have two of them. Seems decent. I'd order another one if I wasn't already drowning in surge protectors and power strips.
