I picked up one of these when they had them on sale about a month ago. I'm pretty happy with the unit for the price. It sounds good.
Just remember, this is a sound bar with a separate subwoofer and to satellite speakers. It's really not fair to compare it to a set of independent speakers with a dedicated AV receiver.
If you're looking for a sound bar solution, this is a good way to go.

Hope this is useful. I'm still really happy with it. The two inputs and hdmi passthrough has been flawless. I've got an Apple TV hooked up directly to it and the Spatial Audio mixes are great.

The one I bought was from this listing, which was a bit more, however, it clearly stated: "Samsung 12 Month Limited Warranty". It also arrived with the -ZA USA country designation.
