Okay not about the product but I will have to admit. I didn't even know Polaroid still in business.
Okay looked it up. They went bankrupt 2 times and some no name company brought them after being dead and forgotten for 13+ years. So not a good product anymore.

Yeah, they're just a brand name that gets slapped on things from time to time. I once saw a Polaroid cheap HDTV a long while back.

That makes sense. It rare it happens but you can't no count on previous reputation or quality when that happens. Especially missing a whole decade+.

I wonder why I'd get a thumbs down for my comment. It's totally true. It was around the time Westinghouse HDTVs, before TCL HDTVs took off.

I just know when I think of boomboxes, I don't think of Polaroid. So whoever is slapping the name on things isn't even being very strategic about it here.
