yes, totally new offer from last week. be sure to clip any digital manu coupons that may sweeten the deal too.
They usually do i before xmas - I got mine on dec 6 in 2025 and around the same date prior years
I personally buy too much p&g stuff so I overqualify vs risking the lower rebate amount.
also if you scan your receipts for their points program, Target online orders don't qualify.
