Can't even get a Monoporice 15 w tube amp for $200. The reviews have been fab over the years on the Supro Black Magic. The amp is fantastic for Zep tones and Lenny Kravitz also had input on the amp. Dave Kotai the owner who brought back Supro has set up the company and done a pretty damn good job. Unlike most amps in this piece range. Even though the PCB boards are made in China (as most are) ,they are imported to the USA and every one is tested and the entire amp is then built, tested extensively in NY from the ground up. Most of the amp (other than the board) ,from cab onward is assembled and built here. You saying they're suspect is truly from lack of knowledge and quite frankly silly.

Yes Supro is a famous brand. That's the price problem here. And it's a good amp. Just not a good total value. Deal with the fact that everything is not, "black or white".
