These pans are okay but eggs start sticking after a couple months. So far the best budget pans I've found which take the abuse and stay non stick are the green pans too bad Costco Sam's doesn't carry them anymore.

I purchased these a few months ago and I am happy. Only trouble is they don't come with lids. Luckily for me, I was able to reuse lids from another set that fit perfectly.

I'm currently using this pan:

After 20 years of using different style. This one finally does what I want it to. I own the market gimmick Hexclad set and gave it away after 2 years.

Strata pan has 3 different material construction, stainless steel base, aluminum core and carbon steel top layer. Anyone who cooks would know that carbon steel and cast iron is best cooking surface when seasoned right.

Strata is expensive but it worth it. Hexclad were expensive and not worth it.

They don't have the nonstick coating like Teflon or ceramic but work pretty well with the right amount of heat and doesn't require too much oil either. I used my Cuisinart set for more than a decade and am very happy with that one. But decided to change things a little and bought this new set, these are heavier, almost like cast iron.
I would suggest getting a cast iron pan if you are looking for a perfect nonstick without having to worry about the hazards of Teflon or "ceramic"
