Someome at GSM stole my 30 year old SOG multitool when I sent it for service. The multitool was with me in Iraq. If you have sentimental attachment to anything don't ever send to GSM for service.

I'm a pretty big CS fan due to bang for buck and always thought this was a handsome model. I've been tempted to pick it up a few times but my Kershaw Iridium has taught me that I just can't do aluminum scales (or non-grippy scales, in general).
I love my Recon 1 with G10 scales. I really like the kray ex grips on their fixed blade models, too.
