looks like you take the top off, fold the base together and set the top board by it. The 70lb limit isn't bad if you stay mindful.

FWIW this is probably called a computer desk because it is desk height, not standard "table" height. I think you are way over (or under) thinking this. You can use it for whatever you heart desires though

I wasn't overthinking but was hinting others to not fall for this marketing scheme. They slapped an electrical plug on a cheap foldable desk and named it a "computer desk" to create an illusion that its ridiculous pricing was more acceptable. This "sale" is a stunt based on the over-inflated price.
