Says 15 amp, which should be OK for most residential outlets. The length of the cord impacts its amperage rating due to resistance in the wire; this site [americord.com] recommends 14ga 100ft for "11-13 amps".

Regardless, uncoil the cord to reduce heat buildup. Most people will be using these for lights and such, not putting 10 space heaters 100 feet from their home.

50ft 14/3 is solid for heavier loads, and I think the lighted triple-tap end is convenient.
