As long as you are not keeping this in your garage, expiration dates on protein powder is not exactly a date that needs to be paid attention to. At least in common sense terms.

I don't think the scientific literature supports EVERY artificial sweetener being harmful for EVERYONE at this time, but the body of research indicating artificial sweeteners being harmful for the gut microbiome has grown over the years. A reasonable, practical position is to avoid these products if you already have gut issues, or to stop if you start having gut issues.

Standard heads up: Vanilla Ice Cream is the thickest-mixing powder I've ever used. I've tried it twice on deals like this and ended up giving most of both tubs to friends (who used them in blended smoothies) because I couldn't ever get a good consistency/flavor combo with just water.
