One thing to beware with aaawave, their customer support is non existent. I've bought 4 of these CPU's from them, one arrived DOA, and i've been trying to get hold of somebody since before xmas, and i've had no response (email, web form, chat, calling (nobody ever answers from rma department, eventually goes to voicemail and nobody has called me back)

!!! IMPORTANT !!! There is NO manufacturer's warranty on OEM CPUs. The warranty on those must be handled by the seller. So you are essentially getting just 30 days of support from Aaawave, and even that is iffy.

Everyone knows this is a shady crap seller, you won' get any warranty out of them.

Submit a credit card claim before you run out of time.
