Is this a laptop board made to fit in an ATX case? 13420H is a laptop chip
If so this is E-Waste and can't be upgraded save the ram and sad

You're absolutely right but calling it e-waste is debatable.

Judging from the pictures of the back of the chassis and the lack of ports coming from the bottom where a pcie graphics card would be - it's a laptop soldered chip and cannot be upgraded.
There's nothing about this "desktop" that makes it a desktop. It's a laptop without all of the convenience and all of the drawbacks. I stand behind calling this thing e waste

Reviews and customer images seem to show a dual slot Asus card with what looks like an 8pin connector. Taken from one such review: "GPU - The best part of this system is the RTX 5060. (a legit Asus "Dual" model with a P/Q BIOS switch)"

It's so strange that they would show the gpu in some of the pictures and have it be missing in others- like the image of the back showing the rear ports.
This looks to have a few parts that are likely not standard- like the cooler (which if the photos can be believed is custom), the case, and possibly the power supply.

What do you mean ewaste? You can always get another board to put in there when you need to.

And you'll need to scrap the CPU, GPU and memory when you do so

Outside of the CPU, everything looks removeable, including the GPU.
